A guru in creative entertaining, Loni Paige is a seasoned special events planner who has executed both large & small scale parties and promotions in major media markets including New York and Miami. Her creative expertise coupled with a solid background in public relations, hotel concierge management and fashion, entertainment and youth marketing, has enabled her to excel in the multi-faceted arena of event planning in Manhattan and Miami Beach.
Her most recognizable accomplishments are on display at the Flamingo South Beach, Miami Beach’s largest residential condo, where Loni served as Resident Event Coordinator, Recreation Director and Concierge Manager. Putting her creative entertaining expertise to work, she instituted a number of cross-marketing and promotional opportunities as well as advertising, public relations and special events initiatives.
Today, Loni Paige is an independent consultant and special events planner who specializes in event marketing and coordination, product launches/sampling and condominium property events as well as private parties including birthdays, anniversary dinners and bachelor/bachelorette fetes.
Kyndall Jaffe is based in sunny Miami, Florida where she executes and drives the mission and vision of Mixology Mixer as partner and Chief Operating Officer. Bringing with her years of experience in event management, concept creation, and budget management for some of the largest events in South Florida and beyond, Kyndall possesses a keen eye for detail and touts a “mise en place” attitude that gets the job done.
When she’s not working to bring people together through life changing experiences, whether in-person or virtual, you can find Kyndall searching for threads at thrift shops, around the world, or at Florida International University – her alma matter- where she earned a degree in Hospitality and Event Management and Food and Beverage Management.
Yaisel Carmenate, known as Yai by her colleagues, was born in La Habana, Cuba and moved to Miami, FL at the age of 4. Growing up in a Cuban American household made her fluent in both English and Spanish languages. She is an experienced Event Producer for live and virtual events.
With over a decade in the Events and Hospitality industry, Yaisel brings a five-star customer service experience, with extraordinary attention to detail when working with her clients. Executing a successful and memorable event is simply the thing that drives her. She has successfully executed 2,600 passenger music festivals onboard countless cruise ships. Organized volunteer and donation programs for orphaned and abused children in Jamaica, Mexico, and the Bahamas. Spent years working with spirits and beer companies in on and off premise accounts throughout South Florida. Yaisel is known to be highly organized, creative, team-oriented, and a multi-tasker wherever she goes. The Event Industry Yaisel noticed her passion for details and creative side and taught herself the Adobe Suite. Decades later, she has created graphics for social media, large scale print, and magazines.
Yaisel comes to Mixology Mixer with a broad array of experiences where she can continue creating and putting a smile in clients' faces. When Yaisel is not working she spends her free time creating custom home decor, doing her own nail art, and scouring the internet for the latest memes.
Jocelyn grew up in Chicago but decided to get out of the excruciating cold and move back to Miami where she was born.
She is of Salvadoran descent and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Spanglish (this needs to be a language)!
Jocelyn has always had a passion for meeting new people and hosting events. Whether they are for academic, financial, or social purposes, she loves bringing people together and being a resource for people.
She’s excited to be apart of the Mixology Mixer team to combine her two passions. Her favorite part about being on the Mixology Mixer team is the bond she has with her coworkers and the team environment.
In her free time you can find Jocelyn at one of the local Miami beaches, dancing the night away to latin music, or trying out a local food spot.
